Workspace & discovery boards

What this screen does

The workspace is the home of discovery. Your idea is expanded across five boards, each answering one question:

Project brief — what are we building and why?
Needs & data — who uses it and what information flows through it?
Solution shape — what are the main screens and capabilities?
Operating model — who does what, in which order? (includes workflow and role diagrams)
Spec map — the condensed blueprint the specification is generated from.

A brand-new project starts as a draft: review the prompt, adjust tags or uploads, then Send to DTC to generate the first board.
On each board, read the proposed elements and react to them — agree, disagree, or comment. Add a global note for anything the cards missed.
Submit reactions & refine — the board is rewritten around your feedback.
Watch the readiness score: it reflects how complete and consistent the board is. Blockers and open questions under Action needed tell you exactly what is holding it back.
When readiness allows, Advance to next board. On the final board this becomes Lock & generate specification.

Disagreeing is the most valuable reaction. The boards improve fastest when you say clearly what is wrong, not when you approve everything.
Open questions are worth answering before refining — an unanswered question forces the platform to assume, and assumptions compound across boards.
You can ask the project agent about anything you see: right-click an element and ask. The answer lands on the Q&A board without interrupting your review.
Prefer a hands-off run? The agent launcher can take the project through all five boards autonomously; you can watch, and cancel or resume, from the agent progress strip.
