Creating a project

What this screen does

The creation form captures everything the platform needs to expand your idea into the first discovery board: a title, the idea itself, optional feature tags, a coaching preset, model choices, uploads, and (optionally) the team the project belongs to.

Typical workflow

  1. Title — a short working name. You can change it later.
  2. Idea prompt — describe what you want to build in plain language: who it is for, what problem it solves, and the two or three things it absolutely must do. A few honest paragraphs beat a long wish list. If the prompt gets very long you will see an oversize warning — trim rather than truncate.
  3. Feature tags — optional hints (for example authentication, payments, reporting) that nudge discovery toward capabilities you already know you need.
  4. Coaching preset — controls how challenging the platform is during discovery: more validating or more sceptical.
  5. Documents — upload briefs or spreadsheets; their content becomes context for discovery (available on paid plans).
  6. Team — assign the project to a team so teammates can see it and it draws from the team credit pool.
  7. Finish with Save to review the draft on the workspace first, or Save and run agent to let the autonomous agent carry it through the boards on its own.

Examples & tips

  • Good prompt: "A booking site for a small physiotherapy clinic. Patients book and reschedule appointments themselves; the receptionist manages the calendar; therapists see only their own day. Must send reminders." Concrete roles and must-haves give discovery something to work with.
  • Weak prompt: "A modern platform for health." Discovery will have to guess, and you will spend the boards correcting guesses.
  • On plans with model tuning you can choose which AI model handles each kind of task — the defaults are sensible, so change them only if you have a reason.
