Early access conditions
Erlyc — a service under active development
Last updated: July 30, 2026 · Version: 1.0
Preamble
These Early Access Conditions supplement the Erlyc Terms of service. In case of contradiction, these conditions prevail for early-access matters. Using Erlyc during early access implies full acceptance of these conditions.
Article 1 — Nature of the early access
The entire Erlyc service is currently in early access: it is under active development, testing and evaluation. By nature, its features are:
- Incomplete: partial or in-development functionalities
- Unstable: errors and malfunctions are possible
- Unfinalized: interface, behavior, model line-up and pricing subject to significant change
- Evolving: features may be modified or removed at any time without notice
Individual features additionally labeled "BETA", "TEST", "PREVIEW" or "EXPERIMENTAL" are even less mature than the rest of the platform, and everything in these conditions applies to them with particular force. EXELLECT SAS may refuse, limit or revoke access to such features without justification, and modify eligibility criteria at any time.
Article 2 — Absence of warranties
During early access, the service is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. EXELLECT SAS notably does not guarantee:
- Correct or uninterrupted operation, or the absence of bugs and defects
- The accuracy, completeness or usability of AI-generated specifications and code
- The preservation or integrity of data created on the platform
- The permanent or future availability of any feature
- The migration or conversion of data when features evolve or are removed
EXELLECT SAS assumes no obligation of result. Beyond the exclusions of the Terms of service, EXELLECT SAS cannot be held responsible for any malfunction of the early-access service, loss or corruption of data, time spent using or testing it, decisions made on the basis of its output, or the impossibility of recovering creations. For early-access-specific claims, the maximum liability limit is 0 €, without prejudice to the mandatory statutory carve-outs stated in the Terms of service.
Article 3 — Risks and precautions
The User acknowledges and accepts the following risks: data loss (projects, boards, specifications and generated code may become inaccessible or be permanently lost), service interruption (features may be disabled without notice; frequent maintenance), incorrect output (AI-generated artifacts may be wrong, insecure or unusable), and evolution or removal of features without a proposed alternative.
The User undertakes to:
- DOWNLOAD and keep copies of the specifications and generated code that matter to them (both are exportable from the Application)
- NOT rely on Erlyc for critical projects or deadlines
- TEST generated output on non-critical data before any real use
- INFORM their clients of the experimental nature of the output in case of professional use
- ACCEPT the possible loss of work kept only on the platform
It is prohibited to use the early-access service for projects whose loss would cause significant damage, or that require reliability, stability or guaranteed results.
Article 4 — Feedback
Early-access users are encouraged to report bugs and share suggestions via the in-app support page or the community forum, with descriptions detailed enough to reproduce the problem.
All feedback provided about the service: becomes the exclusive property of EXELLECT SAS; may be used freely without attribution or compensation; confers no rights on future developments; and may be shared or published. The User expressly waives any claim, compensation or recognition of authorship concerning their feedback. For features expressly identified as confidential, the User undertakes not to disclose their existence or characteristics until official publication.
Article 5 — Evolution of the service
- EXELLECT SAS may at any time and without notice add, modify or remove features, change behavior or interface, and introduce new limitations.
- A feature free during early access may become paid, with 30 days' notice where possible; there is no acquired right to perpetual free access.
- Promotional starter credits are one-time grants that may be modified or discontinued for new registrations.
- When the service (or a feature) leaves early access, the standard Terms of service apply in full, without guarantee that early-access data or configurations are preserved.
- In case of abandonment of a feature, data created with it may become inaccessible; where possible, users are notified by email, without guarantee.
Article 6 — Support
Support during early access is provided without guaranteed response times, primarily through the in-app ticket system (availability depends on your plan) and the community forum. There is no commitment to resolve reported problems, and requests may be redirected to the community.
Article 7 — Data
Data collected during early access (usage data, error logs, AI processing records, feedback) is processed as described in the Privacy policy, for the purposes of improving and stabilizing the service. Anonymized, aggregated insights derived from early-access usage may be used in technical or commercial publications.
Article 8 — Final provisions
Document hierarchy: these Early Access Conditions prevail for early-access matters, then the Terms of service, then the Privacy policy.
Modifications: EXELLECT SAS may modify these conditions at any time, with notification by email, in-app notice or publication on erlyc.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Survival: the clauses on feedback ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers of liability and absence of compensation survive the end of early access.
Contact: [email protected] or the in-app support page.
Critical warning
ERLYC IS AN EXPERIMENTAL, UNFINALIZED SERVICE. By using it during early access you acknowledge and accept: no warranty of operation, reliability or availability; no obligation to maintain, correct or finalize features; possible data loss at any time without recovery; possible removal of features without notice; and no compensation in case of problem. Download your exports, and use Erlyc only for work whose loss you can accept.
